WHAT THE PRESS SAYS:
- ‘Unusual, this champagne benefits from a rather incredible energy, the pinot noir, vinified as a rosé, expresses raspberry and peony, as well as wonderful peppery touches. This champagne of character between salt and earth will adore a salmon gravlax.’ Elle à Table
- ‘This 100% pinot noir has a delicate nose of roses, floral aromas and violets. Dominated by wild strawberries, the palate develops into a gourmet delight, with controlled power. The finish is structured by fine tannins and gentle notes of white pepper. A chic cuvée that shows great precision in its production. We love it! Flavours
- ‘Under an exquisite robe reminiscent of a robin's breast, delicate oxidative notes of Damask rose and red fruit. The fine, airy bubbles unravel on the palate, offering delicious notes of marzipan, quince, sap, great depth and complexity, spices, and a very long, pure, mystical finish!’ Le Figaro Vin
- ‘Colour and visual intensity: Intense cherry pink, vivid strawberry pink highlights, delicate effervescence. Aromas and olfactory power: Cherry, pomelo, cinnamon, liquorice, hints of pepper, wild strawberry, peach, blood orange peel. Taste: Supple palate with a fruity, slightly vinous breath. The finish is lighter, balanced and pure. Instant
- ‘A plot-based cuvée made from the maceration of pinot noir fermented in wood.
Luscious, vinous, long, complex and evolved (strawberry, black fruit, fruit paste, toasty notes), this rosé will go well with red meat.’ Guide Hachette 2024
